Sonali dudhia b49cd150c9 feat: add toBeEmail expectation (#1735) 
Adds `toBeEmail()` backed by `filter_var(FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL)`.
Mirrors the existing `toBeUrl()` pattern — no new dependencies, pure PHP.
